Yiu-Shing Lau
Shing is a researcher specializing in econometrics and healthcare policy evaluation. His work includes assessing Devo-Manc’s impact on health budgets, the relationship between formal and informal care, and new models of primary care. He also contributes to the CLASSIC project, evaluating primary care access for over-65s.
Shing holds a Bachelor’s and MSc in Economics from the University of Manchester and a PhD on quality of care under financial incentives. He has consulted for NHS England on resource allocation and is a member of HESG, iHEA, and EuHEA.
