HOPE Research

Jennifer is an NIHR Clinical Lecturer at the Centre for Primary Care and Health Services Research and a GP in Greater Manchester. Her research addresses healthcare access inequities, focusing on general practice policy and longstanding access challenges. Her PhD developed the OATH (Optimising Access Through Human Fit) Resource Set, applying a definition of access as “human fit” and exploring the paradox of access problems through community-based participatory research and qualitative methods.
