Igor Francetic

Igor is an applied economist working on health and healthcare. He holds a PhD in Health Economics and Public Health from the University of Basel (Switzerland) and an MSc in Economics from the University of Lausanne (Switzerland). His research interests include various applied microeconomic problems linked to health (behaviours) and healthcare (organisation and provider’s behaviour), mainly in the areas of early cancer detection, primary care, and emergency care.”
Igor is also affiliated to the University of Applied Sciences of Southern Switzerland as “SNSF Ambizione Research Fellow”.
