HOPE Research

Harriet first joined HOPE in 2023 as an intern. The internship was hosted by the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) Greater Manchester. During the internship, she examined the determinants of quality ratings in the public and independent hospital sectors, applying this to the current policy issue of NHS outsourcing.

Following the internship, Harriet became a Research Assistant in health economics, where she worked on the preparation for the 2024 National GP Worklife Survey. Harriet is currently an NIHR pre-doctoral fellow.
