Donna Bramwell

Donna is a Research Associate with the Health Policy, Organisation and Economics (HOPE) research group at the Centre for Primary Care, Division of Population Health. Her research focuses on the sociology of health, examining health policy, organisations, workforce dynamics, and the provision of community health services. She specialises in qualitative methods, particularly ethnographic approaches, to study health policy and services at the Primary Care level.

Currently, Donna is investigating the commissioning structures and processes needed for integrated care delivery at Place and Neighbourhood levels. She is also working on an NIHR-funded project exploring the role of Adult Community Health Services in preventing hospital admissions, examining commissioning and service provision across multiple case study sites in England.
